The gym has an amazing view and you can access it anytime. The rooftop pool area was clean, although I couldn't use it due to rain. The location is convenient, with easy access to a mall and a casino nearby. I appreciated the speedy internet connection throughout the property.

Room had a nice view of the city and the beds were super comfy with feather pillows. The bathroom was cool, had a bathtub and shower. Great spa facilities, loved the hot tub and massage options! Staff were friendly, even the dining area offered a bunch of complimentary snacks and drinks. Overall a great vibe here.

Despite the great amenities, I ran into a few hiccups. There was a charge confusion at check-in where my friend faced a payment repeat without verification of the initial payment. Checking out was awkward too, as the staff seemed more interested in getting customers out rather than ensuring everything like deposits were handled properly. The Café served a pretty limited and lackluster breakfast menu that was oily and lackluster. not the best way to start the day. Also, the cleanliness was concerning, as I actually spotted a cockroach in the bathroom—a situation that definitely shouldn't happen. Despite these frustrations, the room remained charming and comfortable.
